At my core, I am a teacher.
Long before I became a therapist, I found purpose in helping others understand—breaking things down, creating clarity, and guiding people toward growth. That passion has always been a part of who I am. It didn’t change when I became a therapist—it deepened
As I stepped into the world of mental health, I began to notice something important. Many people weren’t struggling because they were incapable or unmotivated—they were struggling because they didn’t fully understand what they were experiencing.
They didn’t understand
Their thoughts.
Their emotions.
Their patterns.
And without that understanding, healing often felt overwhelming, frustrating, and at times, out of reach.
That realization is what led me to become a therapist.
I wanted to create a space where people didn’t just talk about what they were going through—but actually learned how to make sense of it.
Today, I bring that same teacher’s heart into every session.
My approach is not just about helping you cope—it’s about helping you understand.
Together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a way that brings clarity to what may have once felt confusing or overwhelming. I help you connect the dots, recognize patterns, and develop a deeper awareness of yourself.
Because when you understand yourself, you begin to gain clarity, build confidence, and move through life with greater intention.
